WHO IS IT FOR:

This program is designed for highly dedicated players aged 8-16 years looking to develop their football in a high intensity, fun environment that will be tailor made to each individual player. Minimum number of players are invited to participate in this squad to maintain a very high standard of training and intensity.

Our players can choose to train between 2-3 times per week over 4 terms of the year. These teams will play matches locally throughout the year for The Entrance Bateau Bay FC.

Academy Team players will also be able to attend special presentations at the academy throughout the year. These presentations, or learning days, will be on subjects such as:

Confidence and Positive Mindset

Nutrition

Body Maintenance 

Performance Anxiety 

Team Building Exercises

At Rose Football we provide an atmosphere and family culture where the children feel part of something special, while still maintaining very high standards from our players at all times.

Our sessions are designed to constantly challenge our kids and occasionally push them out of their comfort zone, which we believe will help them become more resilient and develop into much more rounded footballers and individuals.

Our main focus is developing the players decision making and game awareness by designing sessions around the game.

 

Training blocks will coincide with the school terms, and training nights will be on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday nights at RFA BASE.​
